Air is drawn into the air inlet filter, where it is filtered before being compressed, and this air is compressed within the high-tech screw group. The screw group is driven by an electric motor or diesel/gasoline engine. Oil is injected into the screw group to cool and lubricate the heat rising with compression. The air & oil separator comes into play to separate the injected oil from the compressed air vapor. The oil, which is separated and circulated by internal pressure without the need for an oil pump, is cooled in the cooling chamber, flows through the oil filter and returns to the injection area. The injection circulation continues like this.
After the compressed air is separated from the oil again in the oil separator, it passes through the minimum pressure valve and reaches the cooler. The cooling air is sucked in by the dust trap filter, providing initial cooling of the equipment inside the compressor, and then is discharged through the aluminum block type cooler.
Thus, the equipment inside the compressor is cooled and the equipment is not affected by heat.
