Maximum Performance, Minimum Expenses…
A centrifugal blower and high efficiency heater elliminates the use of valuable compressed air to be used for dessicant regeneration. The completely automatic drying system uses blower to pull ambient air and pass it through the heater. This hot air stream flows opposite of the drying flow direction. Hot air above 200°C rgenerates the moisture inside dessicant bed and strips it completely of all moisture. The advanced control system monitors the dew point adjust the heating / regeneration accordingly thereby providing valuable energy savings. The heater circuit is completely insulated ensuring maximum heating efficiency.
Normal Working Conditions
7 Bar inlet pressure
Inlet temperature is 35°C
100% inlet air relative humidity
Nominal pressure dew point
40°C Maximum working pressure 12 bar(g)
Application Principles
The centrifugal blower and high efficiency heater in this type of air dryers eliminate the use of fully dried, valuable compressed air used in cleaning silica. This fully automatic drying system draws in outside air, passes it through the heater, and this heat wave moves in the opposite direction of the drying air flow. Hot air above 200°C completely destroys the moisture in the silica bed. The advanced control system monitors the dew point and adjusts the heating and drying phase of the silica accordingly. In this way, valuable energy savings are achieved. The heater circuit is specially isolated to ensure maximum heating efficiency.
Dew point monitoring and control
